Edit CRM
Your employees can now update customer details straight from the POS, rather than having to go onto the Admin Site. It allows you to change the name, phone number, email address, birthdate, and optional notes.
To Edit the CRM on the POS simply go to Actions > Customers > Customers Lookup And search for customers using their phone number or email address.
*Please Note: In order to Edit the CRM info, they need to mark the box for the ”Show Customer Lookup” on the Settings > Locations > Edit POS Settings

LivePOS 4.0 has been released!
Wonderful news!! Yes, very good news indeed!
We, here at LivePOS, are happy to announce the release of LivePOS 4.0! This new release now enables customers to add a new location and/or add more lanes to a location (please keep in mind that adding another location or lane will affect your monthly bill) without the use of a MAC address. To activate new lanes all you will need is either a POS system or laptop/desktop with the LivePOS software installed and the Location ID and Password provided for you on your Online Dashboard.
To access this new feature login to your Online Dashboard and go to :
Locations > Add/Edit Locations
It is very self explanatory; however, if you’re having minor trouble creating it on your own please visit our article in the Support Center for Add/Edit Locations.
Along with the release of the self automation for locations and lanes, we’ve also addressed any issues regarding the LP-600 card swiper (MSR).

SPREE 2012
We had such a BLAST at SPREE 2012 at the Paris Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas, Nevada. This year’s SPREE was held on April 3-5 with over a hundred exhibitors under one roof. This year, yours truely, the LivePOS Team, was there to stop in and say hello to our customers! It was great being able to see old and new faces.
