Your employees can now update customer details straight from the POS, rather than having to go onto the Admin Site. It allows you to change the name, phone number, email address, birthdate, and optional notes.
To Edit the CRM on the POS simply go to Actions > Customers > Customers Lookup And search for customers using their phone number or email address.
*Please Note: In order to Edit the CRM info, they need to mark the box for the ”Show Customer Lookup” on the Settings > Locations > Edit POS Settings
